UGA cake

First learning experience with this cake was that my husband can't make icing, secondly I have some serious anger management issues when stuff doesn't go my way :-p.. This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake. I made it for my brother-in-law's bday. I am a hater of all things UGA so this cake hurt me and the icing had me ready to pull my hair out. I still think it looks pretty neat being the first time and waterrrrrryyyy icing. :)
