Boredom baking...

Wanted to test out a new cheesecake recipe- came home from work and Matt had already stolen a piece. :) Naturally I needed one, too! This recipe doesn't bake even, so I think it'll be more of a single-slice type cheesecake and not a stand alone. Fantastic flavor!
