I don't know if any of you are as addicted to Food Network Challenges as I am, but if you are you may remember the Maher sisters. One has red hair, one is blonde-ish/brown-ish. But, anyway they have MAJOR talent. A tragedy happened at the end of March and the apartment over their bakery caught fire and destroyed everything in their bakery. Luckily noone was hurt, but now their business is on hold until they rebuild. (read their story here http://www.thecakegirls.com/)

If you would like to help them, they are selling t-shirts. (http://www.thecakegirls.com/cakeshophelp.html) $20 bucks. This money is going toward the employees (who are jobless in essence) until the bakery is back on it's feet.

Brenda and Mary started out much like Anna and I have. They begin taking orders in their apartment and several years later they branched out into a nationally known bakery in Chicago. So, for me this is something I really wanted to get the message out about!
